How To File An Air Quality Complaint
When you see an excessive amount of emissions from a pollution source or smell an odor in your community you can file an air quality complaint. There are three easy steps to follow to make sure your complaint is addressed. 1. Report the situation to the proper authority. Please take note that reporting a complaint on the phone is usually the most effective method. • If you live in Allegheny County please call the Allegheny County Health Department. Allegheny County Health Department 412.687.ACHD • Or fill out their online form. 2. Tell Us when you file a complaint. This will give us the ability to follow up with the agency.
